| After a carefully planned deployment, the end users have the final say about the success of a new implementation or an upgrade. Making the right tools available to end users isn't enough - if the users don't understand it, they won't use it. RPF Education specializes in giving users the skills they need to become proficient, and to ultimately make a deployment successful. RPF believes that driving end user adoption is instrumental in having sucessful Business Intelligence tool. We will work with your team to make sure each department and each individual understands that value of BI as it pertains to them, in their job, in their world. Customized Solutions In addition to using instructors who make training relevant, at RPF, our approach to selling training services is to first know the customer's technical environment and then learn as much as we can about the users. Only then will we deliver a custom training plan that best fits the client's needs. In some cases, the best solution for a client comes straight from the Business Objects course catalog. In other environments, just a few easy additions, such as customizing labs to use a student's Universe, will make a big difference in comprehension In many cases, the end users will be seeing a universe for the first time. When possible, we close any onsite end-user class with a quick demonstration of their Universe, so end users know exactly what they'll be seeing when they get back to their desk. If a Universe is complex, a separate session may be delivered specifically to familiarize users with their Universe, and to have an in-class lab where they can run queries in a safe environment. |
