Overview:
RPF Consulting (a Platinum Partner with Business Objects/Certified Consulting and Authorized Education Partner)is looking for a proven Business Objects/Crystal Enterprise Consultant with 2-4 years experience with Business Objects/Crystal Enterprise. Our Consultants will have the opportunity to develop there skills in the implementation of a data warehouses and comprehensive reporting environments utilizing industry leading business intelligence tools. RPF Consulting utilizes a team approach to ensure customer success and has implemented a full Support Services infrastructure to provide Consultants with the tools and support they need to be successful while on-site with a customer. The ideal applicant will have data warehouse and reporting experience within a Fortune 500 environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Implementation of best practice BI solutions and processes
-Design, development and implementation of KPI based scorecards and dashboards
-Interface with end-user constituents, vendor support organizations, IS infrastructure teams and Business units constituents to develop requirements, implement solutions and ensure customer success
Requirements:
-Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
-Must have proven project management knowledge to facilitate structured project implementation approaches
-Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact in a self-starting manner and facilitate working with the business constituents in defining requirements and priorities
-2-3 years within IT or comparable consulting firm executing successful technology implementation projects
-1-2 years experience implementing, tuning, operating production B.I. environments is preferable
-1-2 years working with web based applications
-1-2 years of successful data warehouse and reporting implementations and operations
